Generation Next is one of CCEO’s initiatives designed to attract diverse talent to available positions in Central New York, foster career advancement and connect people through social engagements and networking opportunities. It is led by Dr. Juhanna Rogers, Vice President of Racial Equity and Social Impact, and incorporates members of the community to serve on committees, or volunteer as mentors or advisors.

Generation Next is designed to help young, diverse professionals to connect with community leaders to build a pathway for a new generation of leadership. It also offers grants to increase diverse ownership of small businesses, support talent attraction and retention efforts of local employers.
It’s designed to assist young professionals living and working in Central New York, or businesses looking to attract and retain diverse talent in their organizations.
