A recent list from Stacker showed the 50 highest-paying jobs in the heart of New York State. All top 10 pay over $146,000 a year, ten of the top 15 jobs are in the health field . The jobs are ranked by 2020 annual mean wage, with data that comes from the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics. The Syracuse area includes Onondaga, Madison and Oswego counties.
Competitive salaries, with low cost of living, make Central New York a desirable place to live.
